Paraphrase

Property division (zu'uztu) of the slaves (amlūtu) that Ištar-mukīn-apli/Ištar-zēru-ušebši (IMA) and Nabû-mušētiq-uddi/Balāssu (NMU), his uncle, divide (zâzu) between themselves after the death of Ištar-zēru-ušebši (IZU), the father of IMA.

Nabû-ṣābit-qātē (NṢQ), his house and his (entire) property (nikkassu), and Kalbāya, his elder son are the share (zittu) of IMA. Eanna-ibni/Nabû-ṣābit-qātē, the second son (tardennu) (of Nabû-ṣābit-qātē), is the share of NMU, the younger brother of IZU.

If (kī) there arises (bašû) a nīdu-claim against the house of NṢQ, NMU will clear the house of the claim and give it to IMA.

NMUs Lâbâši and (f)Ēṭirtu/IZU that were given as NMU’s share in IZU’s lifetime. This share still belongs to NMU (pānī NMU dagālu). NMU received his share of the slaves. They did not divide their houses.
