Paraphrase

Nabû-zēru-ibni/Eanna-līpu-uṣur owes Eanna 1;0 dates, the impost of a field on the bank of (tp)Nāru-Eššetu, divided into two sections (šá 2-ta ká.meš) and planted with Dilmun palms. It is a part of the rent (sūtu) of (the rent farmer, ša muḫḫi sūti) Ardia/Nabû-bān-aḫi//Rēmūt-Ea. He will deliver these dates in m.VII in one installment, at the enclosure (ḫaṣāru), in the measure of the Lady of Uruk. With each 1;0 dates, he will give 0;0.1.4 ½ as the “mortar” (kiṣir esitti)-tax and the “life for Bēl” (balāṭ Bēl, balāṭu ana Bēl)-tax. He will also give standard additional products.
