Paraphrase

Gūzānu/[…] owes Eanna 35;0 dates, the impost of the field by the (tp)Takkīru Canal. It is a part of the rent (sūtu) of (the rent farmer, ša muḫḫi sūti) Ardia/Nabû-bān-aḫi//Rēmūt-Ea. He will deliver these dates ina m.VII in one installment, at the enclosure (ḫaṣāru), in the measure of the Lady of Uruk. (With each 1;0 dates), he will give 0;0.1.4! ½ as the “mortar” (kiṣir esitti)-tax and the “life for Bēl” (balāṭ Bēl, balāṭu ana Bēl)-tax. He will also give standard additional products. 3;0 dates were paid as the sissinnu-remuneration.
