Fragmentary legal text. The obverse is completely destroyed.
Only a part of the witness list and the date form are preserved.

Scribe: Itti-Nabû-balāṭu/Tabnēa//Ur-Nanna.
Note: The preserved dating of day 22, m.VIb makes it likely that this is part of the series of date imittus written up by Itti-Nabû-balāṭu in the Accession Year of Cambyses (GCCI 2, 112, 114, 116, 117, 118. Given that a day earlier he was in Kapru-ša-nāqidāti on the Nār-Aššurīti, the remaining traces of the place of issue make it likely to be [Bīt]-˹Nabû˺ on that selfsame canal.
