4 minas of tin are put at the disposal (ina pāni) of the smith Bēl-ibni/Kūnāya for … (ka-sal/šal-lu-a-ta) and tools (udû).
The reading of the unknown word is epigraphically clear, but should perhaps be emended to ka-pi(!)-... in the light of CST 363, q. v.
