Paraphrase

On day 26 of m.I Nabû-zēru-ukīn/Mannadammu (NZU) will go to Uruk with Šamaš-aḫu-iddin/Nergal-dannu (ŠAI). NZU bears the responsibility for the payment (eṭēru) of the adjustment (šunquttu) of 1/3 mina 6 shekels (silver) in barley, property of the Lady of Uruk and Nanāya, which is owed by Amurru-bān-aḫi/Nergal-zēru-ibni. He will cause to drop(maqātu) according to the exchange rate (maḫīru) in Uruk 1/3 mina 6 shekels silver in barley. If he does not go, he will deliver (nadānu) 1/3 mina 6 shekels silver, according to the exchange rate of barley in m.X, and the debt note (u’iltu) of ŠAI. Witnesses: Nādinu/Bēl-[…]/Sîn-leqe-unnīnnī, Nanāya-iddin/Bēl-aḫḫē-erība (with or without family name). Remainder of the witness list is broken.
