Eanna leases a house to Ṣillāya/Ibni-Ištar//Iddin-Amurru (Ṣ). Formerly, Bēl-ēṭir transferred (maḫāru) it to Eanna in lieu of his remainder (rēḫu) owed to the temple.
The rent is 6 shekels of silver per year, and it is to be paid at the beginning and the end of the year. The house is placed at Ṣ’s disposal as of the 1st day of m.I.
Ṣ is obligated to repair the roof and the wall footings.
Written in the presence of Nabû-mukīn-zēri/Nādinu//Dābibi, the High Priest (šatammu) of Eanna, Nabû-aḫu-iddin, the Royal Overseer (rēš šarri bēl piqitti) of Eanna, and 2 witnesses.
Scribe: Nādinu/Bēl-aḫḫē-iqīša//Egibi.
