Paraphrase

Iddināya/Šamaš-uballiṭ (I) and Libluṭ/Šamaš-ibni (L) have measured (mašāḫu) flour from (ina qātē) the plowmen (ikkaru) Etellu, Šulāya, Aqria, Nādinu, Sukkāya, Naʼid-Ištar, Nanāya-iddin, Mukkēa, Ina-ṣilli-Nanāya, and Nanāya-ēreš. It was issued to Nabû-zēru-ukīn and Nabû-ēṭir, brickburners (ṣārip agurrī), Ina-ṣilli-Ištar and Kīnāya (? or: Iddināya), bird-catchers (usandû), Nabû-bēlšunu, the guard of the district (maṣṣar nagî), Rēmūtu, the gaṭṭāʼu-worker, Kīnāya, the boatbuilder (naggār eleppī), Nabû-kēšir, the runner (musaḫḫiru) of the High Priest (šatammu), (and) Šamaš-zēru-iddin from the royal cattle shed (bīt alpī ša ša[rri]), [...], given to [...Aramaic sc]ribe(?) of the king for [...], sold for silver, which was given as a gift (šugarrû) to Nidintu, the Aramaic scribe (sēpiru), entrusted (takālu) to Nabû-naḫiš, the measuring official (mandidu), (given to) Ušuka and Tatakka, the Cimmerian overseers of ships (ša muḫḫi sapīnati), 4 chiefs of outposts(? rab kādāni), Kīnāya and Ardia, the sailors (malāḫu) of the Governor (šākin ṭēmi), who transported flour, for allowances (kurummatu) for 2 months and 15 days, and beer for the Aramaic scribe and the measurer, and for allowances for I and L.
