Paraphrase

Gimillu has delivered (maḫāru) 0;0.3 beer. It was given (nadānu) to Nanāya-iddin/Ina-ṣilli-Nanāya and Nūrea/Nanāya-šumu?-iddin (or: Nūrea/Nanāya-aḫu-iddin), who were sent with the oblates to work at the canal (tp)Raqqat-Šamaš.
