Oil, brought from oil-pressers, (is issued) in nēsepu-containers (to): Nabû-aḫu-[...] (or: Nabû-aḫḫē-[...]); [...] from the house of Nergal-aplu-[…] (or: Nergal-a[…], who delivered (maḫāru) a part of the silver due from him; Nabû-mukīn-apli, the baker(?); Ištar-aḫḫē-uṣur; Nabû-iddin; (and) Hašdia.
The date is given in the heading without the day and the king’s name. Due to the year number, it must be Nbk.
