Division between three brothers and their uncle of a residential property complex of Bēl-abu-uṣur/Nādin-aḫi (BAU). The other son of BAU died earlier and the division is carried out per capita. The uncle receives only a share equal to that of each of his nephews.
Division (zuʾuztu) of the house of Bēl-abu-uṣur/Nādin-aḫi (BAU) that Nabû-balāssu-iqbi/Arad-Innin (NBI), Innin-šumu-uṣur/Arad-Innin (IŠU) and Šulāya/Arad-Innin (Š), grandsons of Bēl-abu-uṣur, shared with (izuzzu) their uncle Eanna-līpī-uṣur/Bēl-abu-uṣur (ELU).
36 reeds (= 126 cubits, ca. 220 sqm) of the main house lot, extending from the vacant area (pitru) of the south wing that opens (aṣû) towards the east and the west. The main built(?) (raksu) house lot is the share (zittu) of NBI and Š.
28 reeds (= 98 cubits, ca. 171 sqm), the outer courtyard (tarbaṣu bābānû) from the vacant area (pitru), which is between the south wing, and the north wing of the main building, vacant area that opens toward east and west. It is the shares of ELU and IŠU. Within these shares: one south wing, 2 west-wings, the half of a bīt asuppi, the half of a courtyard are the share of ELU.
The north wing, the east wing and the half of a bīt asuppi are the share of IŠU.
NBI and Š gave 20 shekels of silver for their share (= ELU and IŠU) of 8 reeds (= 28 cubits, 39 sqm) in the main house, apart from the additional outer courtyard.
