More than 300 sheep and goats are put at the disposal (ina pāni) of Abu-ḫalā/Rēmannu. The flock shows the typical ratio: most of the animals are ewes, many female lambs, some rams and male lambs, and a few goats.
The recipient is probably a herdsman (nāqidu).
