10;3(?).2 of barley (issued to) Nabû-rēʼišunu bird herder (rēʼi iṣṣuri), for fodder of birds. From the barley of the Royal Resident (qīpu) Ḫanūn has withdrawn (našû) 1;0 (for) Bēl-iddin?/Balṭāya? (or: Bēl-nādin-apli (and) Balṭāya?; I.TIN?-a-a), 2;0 (for) himself, (and) 1;0 (for) Anu-ikṣur, oil presser (ṣāḫitu).
The date is given at the end of the obverse of the tablet. The reverse has a hole.
