Paraphrase

Nanāya-uṣalli/Ardia, blacksmith, delivers (maḫāru) 1 mina and 2 shekels of processed (gamru) iron in the form of 1 axe (pāšu). It is now at the disposal (ina pāni) of the door maker Bēl-upaḫḫir/Ša-Nabû-šū.
