Paraphrase

List of 111 doves (sukannīnu), and 9 ducks (paspasu), besides 72 sheep and goats which are put at the disposal (ina pāni) of Amīl-Nanāya/Rēḫētu. These include shorn? (gazāzu, lit.: gaz-zu!-tu) sheep, ... (uš? nu tu) sheep, and adult sheep from the fattening shed (urê), a sheep from the countryside (ṣēru), and goats. Some of the adult sheep from the fattening shed ... .

The tablet has an atypical format (almost kidney-shaped) and a curved line scratched on the reverse below the text.
