Paraphrase

The bleacher (pūṣāyu) Ṣillāya has delivered (maḫir) 2 minas and 1/3 shekel of white woven fabric (meḫṣu) for 3 sūnu-garments (and) 5 sashes (ḫuṣannu) for IGI.DU, and 9 shekels of yarn (ṭīmu) (made of) red wool (tabarru) (and) blue wool* (takkiltu*), (and) 4 shekels of ... (giš ˹x x˺ za a tú [(x)]).
