Paraphrase

Tabulated list of barley, emmer, wheat, cress ... (SAG-tu4?, rēštu, first-quality?) brought (zabālu) [...] on the (tp)Takkiru Canal (nār Takkiru). The first and fourth column contain amounts, the second and third column are blank, and the fourth column contains the names of the payers Silim-Bēl/Aplāya, Nanāya-uṣalli/Ṭāb-Uruk, Bēl-ibni/Šamaš-zēru-iqīša, Bēlšunu/Mušēzib-Marduk, Arad-Nanāya/... (Išul-man-e), Nabû-aḫḫē-šullim/Nabû-udammiq, Nergal-šumu-ibni/Bēlšunu and his brother Nabû-šumu-ukīn/Bēlšunu, Marduk-nāṣir from (tp)Bīt-[…], Nabû-ēṭir/[...], Amat-ili/[...], and [...]/[...].
