Paraphrase

Letter by Nabû-mukīn-apli (/Nādinu//Dābibī, High Priest of Eanna, šatammu) to Nādinu (N) (possibly /Bēl-aḫḫē-iqīša//Egibi, temple scribe, ṭupšarru ša Eanna), about the establishments (in the sense of administrative sections, bītu) of the chiefs of flocks (rab būli), asking him to bring the information about their number as recorded in the writing board (lē’u) with him.
