Paraphrase

List of sheep for the regular offering (ginû) brought (abāku) by the herdsmen (nāqidu):

  • 33 sheep for the regular offerings from (litt. "of" ša) Iddināya/Nabû-aḫu-ēreš,
  • 30 sheep from Natannu/Nabû-zēru-ibni,
  • 11 sheep from Ḫašdāya/Nabû-ēreš,
  • 9 sheep from Aplāya/Bēl-bullissu.

In total 19 sheep were received (maḫāru) from Ilu-dannu, the shepherd of Aplāya.

  • 44 sheep of Nurānu/Ḫarīṣu
  • 10 sheep of Kudurru/Nabû-aḫu-iqīša.

In total 50 sheep were received from Šumu-ukīn/Nurānu 

A total of 142 sheep for the regular offerings are at the disposal of (ina pāni) Tukulti-Marduk/Kudurru and Kiribtu(/Bēl-ibni), the offering shepherds (rē’i ginê).
