Paraphrase

A total of 348 mašīḫu-measures of barley from the tithe (ešrû) and the share in the harvest (šibšu) from the lands (qaqqaru) of the Eanna was received from Nabû-lē’i and Nabû-šumu-uṣur, the tithe farmers (ša muḫḫi ešrî).

For the allotment periods (maššartu) of m.VII, m.IIX, m.IX, m.X, m.XI, m.XII and m.I, the days of the king, (it was received from?) Nabû-nādin-šumi, the High Priest (šatammu) of the Eanna.

The text then mentions a bronze object(?) (maybe to be read rik-kil-tu₄) of Nergal-nāṣir (NN). The number 12 occurs after it, but without an associated entry.

The last entry records 4 mašīḫu-measures of NN.
