Paraphrase

Nanāya-aḫu-iddin/Ba-[...] (NAI) owes 28;0 of dates. It is the impost (imittu) that he must pay as his sūtu-obligation for his feld in (tp)Kār-Nanāya on the canal (tp)Takkīru. These dates are the property (makkūru) of the Lady of Uruk and Nanāya and pertains to the fixed rent (sūtu) due to Šumu-ukīn/Bēl-zēri//Basia the rent farmer (ša muḫḫi sūti) of the Lady of Uruk (who had leased the license to collect rent on behalf of the temple). NAI will deliver the dates in m.VII using the mašīḫu-measure of the Lady of Uruk. He will give 2;0 of dates of good qualities (makkasū) and also standard additional payments. The remuneration (of the gardener) (sissinnu) is paid.

3 witnesses and the scribe Itti-Šamaš-balāṭu/Nabû-šumu-ukīn
