Paraphrase

Barley that Ina-tēšî-ēṭir/Nanāya-aḫu-iddin took (iššamma) as the equivalent of dates (ana šupēlti) on the date impost (imdu) from Nbn 2. He gave it for the sacrificial commodities (maššartu) and the allocations (kurummatu) of several temple personnel, Nbn 2. XII:

The text shows the withdrawals of barley before its final storage. The first part of the text indicates the provenance of the dates (total of 363;2.3) and the second part provides details of the allocations distributed, some being back payments and others advance allocations.
