Paraphrase

3;0 ... (cauldrons?, ruq*-qu*?) from/for(?) Šamaš-zēru-ibni (and?) Anu-šarru-uṣur.

These men may be identical with Šamaš-zēru-ibni/Nabû-mukīn-apli and Anu-šarru-uṣur/Rēmūtu, weavers of multicolored cloth in the time of Nabonidus; see Payne 2007: 156, 198 (cf. p. 137 for the use of cauldrons for dyeing wool). Collation of l. 1 by Małgorzata Sandowicz based on the photo of the tablet. The copy shows: 3 gur diš dingir.
