Paraphrase

The temple has received (maḫāru) 2 minas and 10 shekels of silver from Gimillu/Ibni-Ištar. A field belonging to [...]-Nanāya/Aplāya//Gimil-Nanāya(?) and(?) Gimillu/Balāssu, located at the (tp)Royal Canal (nār šarri) neighboring on the fields of Innin-šarru-uṣur/Marduk and Nabû-aḫu-šullim/Gimillu//Atû, had been taken as a pledge (maškanu ṣabātu) from Nbk.10 onwards (to secure the repayment of this debt).

Also, Innin-šarru-uṣur/Nergal-ušallim (IŠU) has delivered 1 mina and 2 shekels of silver, the rest of the purchase price (šīmu) of a house(?) and field of Bēl-aḫḫē-iddin/Gudādûa, which IŠU purchased (šīmu epēšu) from the temple.

The name of the king is not given (or not preserved?) in the date form. The broken name in l. 2 may be Amīl-Nanāya (cf. Lutz 1927). According to the copy, the year number is 12, but in the photo only 2 is visible.
