Nabû-šarru-uṣur (NŠU), royal courtier, voluntarily (ina ḫūd libbi) purchased (ana kaspi abāku) 5 slaves from Amurru-mukīn-apli/Bēl-iddin and his brother Amurru-irihī/Bēl-iddin (mdkur
-i-ri-ḫi) for 1 mina and 12 shekels of silver. The slaves were: (f)Lilkānu ((f)L), the fertile(?) (milattu) woman; her daughter (f)Bābunu; her 6*- son! Bariki-il; her* 4- lame (ḫummuru) son* Šamaš-iddin; and her 3- daughter (f)Qatunātu (fQa*-tu*-na*-tú*). Now, NŠU sells (ana kaspi nadānu) these slaves to Bēl-nā’id for the same price. NŠU guarantees to take action if a contestant (sēḫû) or a claimant (pāqirānu) comes forward with claims concerning (f)L’s status of a royal slave (arad šarrūti) or her status of a free woman (mār banûtu).
Any tablet, copy (gabru) of a tablet, debt note (u’iltu), or a copy of a debt note concerning (f)L and her children that would be found in NŠU’s house belongs to BN.
7 witnesses.
