Paraphrase: Lease of arable land for joint cultivation: A rents out for cultivation (ana errēšūti nadānu) 30 square kor (405,000 m²) of arable land (zēru) to B. 15 kor of the land are located in the hūpu-land and administered by D₁. The other 15 kor of land are located in the hammašatu-land and administered by D₂. Both form part of the crown land (nakkandu ša šarri) under the responsbility of C, deputy (šanû) of the treasurer (mašennu), and were rented by A for cultivation (ana errēšūti ṣabātu). Lessor and lessee will plough (erēšu) the land together and share the costs for transport (gimru) and for the removing (nasāhu), to be paid to the administrators D₁ and D₂, as well as the costs for the farmer (ikkaru).
