Paraphrase

20 shekels of silver, designated as temple property, are owed (ina muḫḫi) by Nanaya-šumu-ēreš/Ina-ṣilli-Nanaya. In m.II of the following year, he will deliver (nadānu) 20 shekels worth of straw and reeds.

The document was written in the presence of (ina ušuzzi) Nabû-šarru-uṣur, Royal Overseer of Eanna (bēl piqitti).
