Paraphrase

Nabû-ēṭir/Rēmūtu owes 4;2.3 dates, impost due from the field, of 2 KA2.MEŠ, property of the Lady of Uruk and Nanāya, of the sūtu of Ardia/Nabû-tabni-uṣur/Rēmūt-Ea. In m.VII he will deliver (nadānu) the dates in the ḫaṣāru-place in the mašīḫu-measure of the Lady of Uruk in one instalment. He will also give the standard additional payments and 0;0.1 4 ¼ qû, the mortar tax (kiṣir esitti), and […] for Bēl. 2+;2.3 dates sissinnu-remuneration are paid (eṭēru). 2 witnesses including Mušēzib-Bēl/Balāssu/Amīl-Ea and the scribe Marduk-šāpik-zēri/Balāṭu/Miṣirāya. Sluice (bitqu) of Bēl-ēṭir estate (šīḫu) of the Lady of Uruk.
