Paraphrase

Nabû-šumu-ēreš/Marduk-nāṣir/Kurī owes 3 2/3shekels silver of the silver from Sîn-iddin, Royal Resident (qīpu), to the property of the Lady of Uruk and Nanāya. In m.III he will deliver the silver. If he will not deliver in m.IV, he will deliver 7;1.4 sūtu barley in the mašīḫu-measure of the Lady of Uruk. This is without the earlier debt notes (u’iltu). 3 witnesses and the scribe […]/[…]/[…].
