Paraphrase

1 mina silver which was given (nadānu) at the disposal of (ina pāni) Aḫu-līšir, Royal Resident (qīpu) of Bīt-Abzu in (tp)Upija, was received (maḫāru) in the temple of Kurun. In the presence of (ina ušuzzi) Ninurta-šarru-uṣur (Royal Resident of Eanna), Nabû-nādin-šumi (High Priest of the Eanna), Kudurru/Ḫuzū, Nergal-nāṣir, Bēl-aḫu-iddin and Dabia.
