A broken amount of minas and shekels of silver of Dayyān-Marduk/Nabû-aplu-(…) (DM) with ⅛ of alloy per shekel, is owed (ina muḫḫi) by Nabû-aplu-iddin/Marduk-erība//Esagilāya (NAI). Prebendary income accruing to NAI for service before the Lady/Ištar (?) of Akkad of Babylon is pledged (maškanu) (to) DM. A second creditor (rāšû) may not have control over it (šalāṭu) until DM is repaid (šalāmu) in full. Interest clause: 1 shekel of silver per mina will be added in interest each month. NAI swore (tamû): “No one shall deceive (nakālu) me (?)”. Both men have taken (leqû) (a copy of the contract?).
4 witnesses are listed. The scribe is (…)-ibni/Za-(…)//Esagilāya, in Babylon.
