Withdrawal (našû) of barley by Nabû-zēru-ibni/Šumu-ukīn instead of the allowances, received (maḫāru) for oblates for the 2nd through the 10th day of m.X, and by Nabû-ušēzib for the rations of the ducks in the bird shed (bīt iṣṣūri) for the 12th and 13th day.
The year number in the copy is 13, but the type of the sign is more typical for 14.
