Paraphrase

19 minas and 15 shekels of processed iron corresponding to 13 iron spades was received (maḫāru) in Eanna from Gūzānu/Bēl-aḫu-ušabši, the messenger of Marduk-šumu-iddin, the Governor (šākin ṭēmi).

The tools are at the disposal (ina pāni) of Gimillu/Ardia as an interest-free loan (ḫubuttu). He will return (nadānu) the iron spades to the Governor.

The tablet bears 3 different seal impressions (a partially rolled and a stamped cylinder seal as well as a stamp seal, Ehrenberg nos. 115, 151 and 190) on the upper side of the reverse, separating the main text and the date. The seals are impressed upside down with respect to the writing.
