Nabû-bān-aḫi/Mušēzib-Bēl//Rēmūt-Ea (NBA) and Šamaš-aḫu-iddin/Nabû-bān-aḫi//Rēmūt-Ea (ŠAI) each invest (našû) 2 minas of silver for a business venture (ḫarrānu). Whatever is made on top of said 4 minas of silver in the city or abroad, (they will share).

The location of a house is described: It is (by the house?) adjacent to the house of Šamaš-mukīn-apli/Nādin//Bābūtu, on the wide street (sūqu rabû), adjacent to the house of Ina-ṣilli-Bēl, above it is the house of NBA (…). This (the house?) is apart from the share of (broken PN).

Reference is made to a transfer of property (kanāku … šudgulu); subsequently, assets (partly broken) are stated to be excluded from consideration for the joint trading venture of NBA and ŠAI. These include debt notes (u’iltu) to the credit of Bēl-aḫḫē-iddin.

Šullumāya son of <...> (patronym forgotten by the scribe) will work for the business venture (našpartu … alāku) together with NBA and ŠAI.

4 witnesses are listed. The scribe is Nādinu/Bēl-šumu-iškun//Kurī, in Uruk.
