Paraphrase

In total, 2 minas 3 2/8 shekels of gold for work are, in part, at the disposal (ina pāni) of Šamaš-iddin, a goldsmith. Some of it is used for Ninurta.

Nabû-ēṭir-napšāti and Arad-Innin bought (maḫāru) part of the gold in Babylon for silver. Some gold is the income (erbu) of a ship. Some gold is received (maḫāru) from (ina qāt) Kuttāya.
