Paraphrase

Nadnāya/Ištar-šumu-uṣur/Sin-leqe-unninī owes 5 pure 4-year-old oxen to the treasury (makkūru) of Ištar of Uruk and Nanāya. Until the end of m.IV he will deliver (nadānu) the oxen of top-quality (ina rēši) to the fattening shed (bit urê) of the Lady of Uruk. N swears by Bēl, Nabû and the oath (adê) of the king that he will do so. This is without the remainder (rēḫu) which is at the expense of N and his brothers. Written in the presence of (ina ušuzzi) the High Priest (šatammu) of Eanna Nabû-mukīn-apli/Nādinu/Dābibīa and the royal courtier of the agent (ša-rēš-šarri bēl-piqitti) of Eanna Sîn-šarru-uṣur. Witnesses: Silim-ili, royal courtier of the cashier (ša-rēš-šarri ša-muḫḫi-quppi) of Eanna, Bēl-ēṭir-Nabû, royal courtier, and the scribe Nādinu/Bēl-aḫḫē-iqīša/Egibi.
