Paraphrase

Bēl-na’id/Bānītu-ēreš and the slave (qallu) Nabû-bēl-uṣur owe 3;1 barley to Bēl-aḫḫē-iqīša/Nabû-bēl-šumāti/Sîn-tabni. They will give (nadānu) the barley in m.III in the bāb-kalakki in Uruk. 3 witnesses and the scribe Bēl-zēru-[…]/Šamaš-iddin/Kidin-Marduk.
