Paraphrase

Bēl-na’id/Banītū-ēreš (BN) owes 1 1/2 shekels silver to Arad-Nusku/Šamaš-šumu-iddin/Sîn-leqe-unninnī. BN will deliver the silver with 1/8 alloy at the end of m.XII. 3 witnesses and scribe Nabû-bēlšunu/Nabû-šumu-ukīn. In the date formula month and day are broken.
