Paraphrase

Deliveries and issue of animals and hides. Nabû-ēṭir, Aramaic scribe (sepīru), was involved in these transactions.

Marduk-šarru-uṣur gave […] of the Lady of Uruk and ṣallu-hides in m.VI and m.VII. […]/Bibēa gave a sheep of the Lady of Uruk. Sîn-balāssu-iqbi received hides, including tanned hides (kuš.tab.ba), in m.VI. 

Last 8 lines (not copied in TBER, see TEBR 55) mention Ša-Nanāya-šū, a heifer (sāḫirtu) and sheep for Nabû-aḫu-iddin, […] of/from the governor (šākin ṭēmi), and Tarībi/[…], and (tp)Abanu.
