Nergal-ēpuš/Nabû-zēru-iqīša transfers to Eanna his house plot in the Adad Temple Quarter (erṣet bīt Adad) in Uruk in lieu of the remainder (rēḫu) in sheep, goats, and wool worth 1 mina of silver that he owes to the temple.
The house plot measures 12 nikkas. It is adjacent to a narrow street, passageway (mūtaqu) of people, and the house plots of Nergal-ušēzib/Rašil, Innin-šumu-uṣur/Nabû-šumu-iddin, and Iqīša/Gimillu.
Written in the presence of Nidinti-Bēl/Nabû-mukīn-zēri//Dābibī, High Priest (šatammu) of Eanna, Nabû-aḫu-iddin, Royal Overseer (ša rēš šarri bēl piqitti) of Eanna, and 7 witnesses.
