Paraphrase

In the presence of 7 freemen (mār banê), Šumu-ukīn, chief of fifty (rab ḫanšē), the chiefs of tens (rab ešerti) under his management (ša qātē), and the chiefs of tens under the management of Nidintu tell Nabû-mukīn-apli/Nādinu//Dābibī, High Priest (šatammu) of Eanna, that they have received (našû) their allowances (kurummatu) for Cam. 03.I.02 from Innin-aḫḫē-iddin (IAI), chief of oblates (rab širki), and they ask the High Priest to give to IAI their (remaining) allowances.
