Paraphrase

Ardia/Nabû-bān-aḫi//Rēmūt-Ea (A) will give to Eanna 400;0 dates, which Eanna advanced on his behalf (ana muḫḫi) to Marduk-zēru-ibni (MZI), Governor (bēl pīḫāti) of Esagil, as the 1;1 allowances (kurummatu)-tax of MZI. This is apart from A’s rent (sūtu) for Cyr. 08, which amounted to 12,000;0. Out of it, he delivered 11,820;3.2 to Eanna and received a respective receipt (giṭṭu).

A still owes the temple 179;1.4 dates, the rest of 12,000;0.
