Before unnamed free men (mār banî), Marduk/Šulāya tells Kurbanni-Marduk/Zēria//Sîn-damāqu, the High Priest (šatammu) of Eanna, and Nabû-šarru-uṣur, the Royal Overseer (bēl piqitti) of Eanna that he was paying 1 shekel of silver [and ...] per year to (f)Tattī-Uruk (TU), [...]/Nanāya-ēreš, and Suqāya/Naˀid-Bēl, the summoner (dēkû) of temple oblates (širku), but in m.VIII Nanāya-karābi/Ina-ṣilli-Nanāya, the chief of the cattle pens (rab qannāti), gave TU as security (maškanu) to Nabû-balāssu-iqbi in (tp)Zamaˀē.
4 witnesses, among them Silim-ilī, the royal official in charge of the royal box (ša rēš šarri ša muḫḫi quppi ša šarri).
