Paraphrase

Marduk-šumu-ibni, the Royal Resident (qīpu) of (tp)Šapia, owes (ina muḫḫi) 1 mina 12 ½ shekels of silver to the temple. Rēmūt/Nabû-zēru-iqīša and Guzanu/Mušēzib-Bēl will pay it in Nisannu (I). The silver was given for work (dullu) on the É-X in (tp)Šapia.

In the presence of Nabû-šarru-uṣur, the Royal overseer (ša rēš šarri bēl piqitti) of Eanna, and 4 witnesses.

Scribe: Nādinu/Bēl-aḫḫē-iqīša//Egibi.

Notes: the date is inferred on basis of the bēl piqitti
