Obverse: issue (?, no verb) of small quantities of Dilmun-dates to Nanaya-aḫu-iddin via (?) Innin-šumu-uṣur (0;0.1).
The lower edge names a man Kināya. The reverse is mostly taken up by numbers and/or tally marks and quantities (capacity measures) referring to something being counted (šid-ú). The upper edge has the entry: 4:3.4.3 (for) a/the bird herder (rē’i iṣṣuri).
