Paraphrase

Sîn-iddin, Royal Representative (qīpu) of Eanna, owes 23 good-quality female lambs (parratu) to Šamaš-šarru-uṣur/Ašabgi. He will deliver (nadānu) them on day 20 of m.II in Sippar. 3 witnesses and the scribe Nabû-ēṭir-napšāti/Ša-Nabû-šū. The text is written in (tp)Til-laḫrāti, further specified here as marshy ground (kālû) of the king.
