Paraphrase

Barsip-zēri/Tidanni owes 27 shekels silver to the goddesses Ištar and Nanāya [...] (of the) palace from Bēl-ušēzib […] 3 shekels in […] will give (nadānu). Broken. Written in the presence of of Amurru-mudammiq, Royal Representative (qīpu) and Kudurru, High Priest (šatammu) of Eanna. 2 witnesses and the scribe Marduk-šākin-šumi/Bēl-šumu-iškun, scribe of Eanna.
