Paraphrase

Fragmentary list of barley for regular (ginû) and occasssional offerings (guqqû) given (nadānu) as sacrificial commodities and priestly remuneration (maššartu) to brewers. A part of the list is arranged in sections that pertain to royal and individual prebendary service shifts during 3 months before different deities of Eanna. Recipients in these sections include Ištar-nādin-apli, Arad-[...], Šamaš-mukīn-apli, Bānûnu, Mušallim-Marduk, Arad-Marduk, Bānia, Šellebu, Nādinu, Nidintu, Marduka, and Sîn-ibni.

Another section lists barley issued for specific purposes including [...] for the Lady of Uruk, Nanāya, and Bēltu-ša-Rēš, nāšu-beer? for eššēšu-feast days (given to) Nidintu, [...] beer for the temple of Marduk-of-the-Courtyard  (bīt kisalli), [...]-of-the-Courtyard, for [...]-of-the-Courtyard (given to) Nādinu, the temple of [...] (given to) Nādinu, for the ur4.ur4-temple of/for the king [...], for [...] (given to) [...] and Lūṣi-ana-nūri, for [...] the temple of Sîn (given to) Ṣillāya.
