Paraphrase

5 shekels of silver are owed (ina muḫḫi) by Ištar-šarru-uṣur/Kudurru//Ḫunzû, the royal soldier (ṣāb šarri) of Nergal-šumu-iddin/Ina-tēšî-ēṭir//Ḫunzû and Itti-Šamaš-balāṭu/Innin-zēru-ušabši//Ḫunzû. The silver is designated as the property (makkūru) of the Eanna temple. He will give (nadānu) it in m.XII (of Nbn.7).
