Paraphrase

List of barley for regular (ginû) and occasssional offerings (guqqû) given (nadānu) to brewers as sacrificial commodities and priestly remuneration (maššartu) for Cam.06 m.IV–m.VI. The list is arranged in sections pertaining to royal and individual prebendary service shifts before different deities of Eanna.

1. section: Lady of Uruk in m.IV, given to Šellebu, Šamaš-[...], Sîn-ēreš, Arad-Marduk, Šamaš-mukīn-apli.

2. section: Lady of Uruk in m.V, given to Nādinu, Bazuzu (entrusted to (piqid ina pāni) Nādinu), [...]/Arad-Marduk, Sîn-ibni (entrusted to) Arad-Marduk, Sîn-ibni?, Arad-Marduk, Sîn-ēreš, Innin-šumu-uṣur, Innin-zēru-ušebši.

3. section: Lady of Uruk in m.VI, given to Bēl?-zēru?-ušebši (Freydank: Bēl-aḫu-ušebši), Šamaš-mukīn-apli, Nādinu, Arad-Marduk, Nidintu, Innin-šumu-uṣur, Sîn-ēreš, Nabû-nādin-aḫi, Bazuzu (entrusted to Nādinu), Innin-aplu-uṣur, Innin-zēru-ibni.

4. section: Nanāya in m.IV, given to Nabû-ēṭir-napšāti, Nādinu, Šamaš-mukīn-apli, Sūqāya, Ibni-Ištar Sîn-ēreš, Balāṭu, Šamaš-mukīn-apli, Mūrānu (entrusted to) Šamaš-zēru-iddin, Ina-tēšî-ēṭir and Marduk-zēru-ibni.

5. section: Nanāya in m.V, given to Nergal-šumu-ibni, Nādinu (including service shifts of Arad-Marduk), Innin-šumu-uṣur (including service shifts of [...]), [...]-aḫḫē-iddin (entrusted to Nabû-nādin-aḫi), Nanāya-iddin/Innin-aḫḫē-iddin, Nādinu and Šamaš-mukīn-apli, [...]-iddin, Šulāya.

6. section: Nanāya in m.VI given to Sūqāya and his brothers, Šamaš-mukīn-apli, Balāṭu, Sîn-ibni (entrusted to Arad-Marduk and Sîn-ēreš), Mūrānu (entrusted to Šamaš-zēru-iddin), Šellebu, Sîn-ēreš, Nādinu, Šamaš-zēru-iddin.

7. section: Bēltu-ša-Rēš in m.IV, given to Naʼid-Marduk and Nabû-balāssu-iqbi, Lâbâši/Nergal-šumu-iddin, Nādinu, [...], Bazuzu (entrusted to Nādinu), Ibni-Ištar, Nabû-šumu-imbi and his brothers, Sūqāya and his brothers, Šamaš-mukīn-apli, Balāssu.

8. section: Bēltu-ša-Rēš in m.V, given to Nergal-šumu-ibni, Nādinu (including service shifts of Arad-Marduk), Ardia, [...], Bēl-aḫḫē-iddin, Nabû-šumu-imbi and his brothers, Lâbâši/Nergal-šumu-iddin, Šamaš-mukīn-apli, Bēlšunu/Nergal-iddin, Arad-Marduk, Nanāya-[...], Balāssu, Zēr-Bābili.
